Whether your rental includes a Photo Booth attendant or not, enjoy technical support through your entire event either remotely or through your event’s attendant. Your event will always be monitored to ensure it is a SMASH hit!

Whether or not an attendant is included in your package, we'll arrive 1-1.5 hours before your event to set up, test WiFi, and coordinate electrical plugin spots. After the party, we'll handle tear down 30 minutes to 1 hour later. Sit back and relax, knowing your celebration will go off without a hitch!

Working With Us is Easy
Our goal is to make your event a smash hit! With our easy, 4-step process, we ensure everything goes off without a hitch, making your celebration seamless and unforgettable.
Step 1: Contact Us & Initial Consult
Get in touch with us by filling out our contact form or reaching out via chat, phone, email, or social media. We'll dive into all the details of your event to craft the perfect package for your special day. After our consultation, we'll follow up with a tailored proposal for you to review and finalize.
Step 2: Select a Package & Confirm Booking
Our proposal is crafted specifically for your event, ensuring it's perfectly tailored to your needs. You'll receive a detailed proposal with visuals and an attached contract for your review. Feel free to further customize your package or add additional services as needed. When you're ready, simply sign the contract and pay a 20% retainer to secure your booking.
Step 3: Pre-Event Follow Up & Finalize Booking
A few weeks to a month before your event, we'll connect with you to go over all the details together. If your package includes personalization, we'll share some sample concepts for your approval. Final payment is due 7 days before your event, ensuring everything is set for your special day!
Step 4: Day Before Event Confirmation
The day before your event, we'll touch base one last time via email or phone to confirm timing, location, expectations, and any remaining details. This ensures everything is set for your big day!
